A: All HAWA personnel, supervisors and managers receive the highest levels of training available in the industry. New recruits undergo HAWA special mandated training at our Monrovia Offices, as well as annual refresher training. Q: How many guard hours of service does HAWA provide annually?
A: HAWA provided over (pending) hours of guard service each year (as of 1990).
Q: What kind of contingency procedures does HAWA have to ensure that my properties are always properly manned?
A: HAWA ensures seamless, effective protection by guards who know your facilities, at all times. We conduct site-specific replacement and cross-training so that we can quickly draw from a ready pool of knowledgeable, qualified security personnel to meet your fill-in, replacement and increased manpower needs at a moment's notice. No officer can leave their post of assignment until properly relieved from duty. All our sites are radio equipped and it is required taht all personnel just check in periodically to the command post. It is only the command post who is authorized to approve an officer leaving their assignment.
Q: What type of insurance does HAWA carry?
A: HAWA has limits as required to or exceed that what is required to operate in the Republic of Liberia.
Q: Will HAWA charge a fee for an assessment of my security situation?
A. No. HAWA will provide a free, thorough survey of your security situation, and will take the time to discuss with you your options and how we can best provide them to meet your specific requirements and budget.
Q: Is HAWA Security Licensed? (not fully completed)
A. Yes. HAWA Security is licensed in the Republic of Liberia. The owner is licensed in the State of Virginia as a certified private security guard instructor. HAWA will be reactivating their license to provide service also in Sierra Leone under the Mano River Agreement.
Q. Do you provide security services for only one type of environment?
A. No, we are a multi-environment security service contractor. We can cover most environments, depending on circumstances. We will conduct a site survey and determine the security needs of that area. If we cannot do the job we will tell you. We will not undertake any service that we cannot perform to the clients satisfaction. We will earn your trust honestly at all times and upon all occasions.
